Steelers Unveil Franco’s Pizzeria at Heinz Field

Francos Pizzeria Heinz Field

The Pittsburgh Steelers have unveiled plans for Franco’s Pizzeria, a new dining option in the Bud Light Pub 33 at Heinz Field. Franco’s Pizzeria is named in honor of Pro Football Hall of Famer Franco Harris.

“Pizza is one of my favorite foods and to have a presence in Bud Light Pub 33 is very special to me,” said Harris. “This pizza is terrific and the environment is fun! Everyone is welcome…even if you’re from Cleveland or Baltimore!”

Franco’s Pizzeria, which will feature pizza, calzones, soups and salads along with soft drinks, specialty wines and spirits, will be a year-round destination for visitors to the North Shore, including game days and non-game days. Harris also partnered with Heinz Field in 2016, opening “Franco’s Italian Army Gridiron Sausages” in the Ford Fan Zone.

“We are excited to launch Franco’s Pizzeria,” said Jimmie Sacco, Vice President of Stadium Operations and Management. “The new design will provide a family-friendly atmosphere that diners will love. The seasonal, outdoor seating area is another great development on the North Shore.”

Franco’s Pizzeria is scheduled to open this upcoming August, and will be open for service throughout the year, weather permitting. The eatery will not require a game or concert ticket on non-event days, and it will have outdoor patio seating, along with lights, sound and video for events.
